Important Update on Innovation Hub Access and Equipment Transition - December 11, 2025

On December 10, NLRPLS was notified that the Innovation Hub building must be vacated by December 31. The Hub will remain open to members and the public through Friday, December 12, with personal work available for pickup Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are working carefully to determine the next steps for the Hub’s equipment and resources and will share updates as soon as possible.

GED Resource Fair on Saturday, January 31, at Laman Library from 10 AM to 11:30 AM

Looking to earn your GED in North Little Rock, Arkansas? Come to the GED Resource Fair at William F. Laman Public Library on Saturday, January 31 and connect with local organizations offering free GED classes, adult education programs, and alternative paths to a high school diploma.

Meet community partners like the UA-PTC Adult Education Center, Arkansas Baptist College, and more. The fair is open to all ages and no registration is required. Take the first step toward your GED and find the resources you need to succeed.

Your Happily Ever After: Free Valentine’s Day Library Wedding in North Little Rock

Your Happily Ever After is a free Valentine’s Day group wedding hosted by the North Little Rock Public Library System at William F. Laman Public Library. Couples can get married or renew their vows in the beautifully decorated Studio Rotunda with ordained ministers officiating ceremonies in English and Spanish. Enjoy live music, on-site photography, a first dance, and a post-ceremony reception. Each couple may bring up to four guests and their own flowers. Marriage license required for weddings. Registration required by February 2.
