Library staff members are great investigators - let us help solve your library card mysteries!
Call the library or visit a branch. Library cards may be deactivated for many reasons, including lack of use or lost book fees. Library staff members can identify the problem and help you reactivate your card.
Laman Library is open 9am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-1pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Argenta Library is open 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Check the website for modified hours and holiday closures.

Visit one of our branches to be issued a new library card. Replacement library cards can be issued for free once a year.

You can use the online form! Replacement cards will have to be mailed and information can be shared via email, so allow extra time for your questions to be answered.
Troubleshooting Tips
I don't know my PIN.
Common PINs include dates of birth or the last 4 digits of your library card - give those a try and see if you can access our great digital resources!
If those don't work, fill out the form above and tell us what you would like your PIN to be.
I'm having problems logging into Libby, Hoopla, etc.
Retype your library card number, omitting all spaces, and carefully type in your PIN.

I can't check out items on Hoopla.
The entire library system has a limited number of Hoopla checkouts each day. Once those checkouts are used up, no one can check items out until midnight the following day. We appreciate your understanding - trust me, we would love to give everyone endless access, but we want to spend our budget responsibly!
Checkouts and waitlists are available on Libby all day.
