Color Analysis Kit
Winter, summer, spring, and fall - our color analysis kit can match them all! We host periodic color analysis events led by a staff member, but patrons can check out the kit all year long.

Every November and December, library patrons and staff knit hundreds of warm hats for our neighbors around the city. Pick up a knitting loom and learn this approachable and customizable craft!

Frequently Asked Questions
The best way to browse the collection is to come to Laman Library during operating hours and looking on the shelves. To view the collection online, click here to access the online catalog and type "things" in the search bar. Click "Search" and look on the left side of the screen for the word "Format". Under "Format", click on the word "Object". You can now scroll the browse the collection and place holds. Not all items listed on the online catalog are available for checkout.
Ask a staff member at the front desk for assistance. Some items are stored in lockers, and other items are only for use in the library.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Borrower agrees to use and operate Thing(s) in compliance with the North Little Rock Public Library System’s policy and manufacturer’s recommended guidelines and instructions.
- Borrower acknowledges that the North Little Rock Public Library System is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur from use of Thing(s).
- Borrower agrees to use care when handling and using Thing(s).
- Borrower shall not make any modifications or alterations to Thing(s).
- Borrower accepts sole responsibility for Thing(s) and restitution fees associated with loss, damage, or theft of Thing(s) and/or accessories, if applicable.
Items vary in cost, and replacement costs of Things are available upon request to the Adult Department manager.
No - all Library of Things items must be checked out and returned at Laman Library's front desk. Items cannot be returned via the Book Drop.
Only patrons 17 years and older can check out items. If you are 16 and under, you can ask someone to check out an item on your behalf; however, they will be held responsible for the item if it is lost or damaged.
