Unlock New Worlds at Laman Con 2026

Join us on Saturday, November 14th from 10am to 2pm for more Laman Con fun! Unlock worlds of mystery, fantasy, music, and more, right here at the library.

The hustle and bustle of cons can be overwhelming, so stop by these two places for a little more calm.

Explore Nonfiction and Creativity in the Loft
The Loft is our designated quiet space during Laman Con. Come up to the mezzanine (accessible in the Children's Department) and dive into a creative project. Create your own DIY blackout poetry or a personalized zine with our supplies.

Craft and Groove in the Gallery
Join our vinyl listening session with music-themed activities from 10am-12pm and 1pm-2pm. We'll take a break for a Silent Disco at noon, so you can explore the rest of the con or get your groove on!
