For residents looking for convenient early voting in North Little Rock, the Laman Library provides an accessible and centrally located option throughout the early voting period.


Who Can Vote Early in Pulaski County?

If you are a Pulaski County resident and registered to vote, you may cast your ballot at any early voting location in Pulaski County during the early voting period. You are not limited to your assigned precinct while early voting is underway.

However, on Election Day, you must vote at your assigned precinct polling location.

  • Monday through Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

On the final day of early voting, March 2, polls close one hour earlier at 5 PM, and only the Pulaski County Regional Building will be open that day.
